Strategic Pillars provide you with the basis for decision-making as you grow and develop as an organisation, ensuring every stakeholder is on the same page in terms of expectations and business direction.

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • The importance of having a mission, vision and purpose.
  • How to create all 3, and the differences between them.
  • How to develop strategic pillars, and shape the foundations of firm strategy.
  • How to cascade your objectives around your mission, vision and purpose.

Module 2: Strategic Marketing

In Module 2, we will introduce the concept of Strategic Marketing.

With firm Mission, Vision and Strategic Pillars identified, it’s time to think about communication and marketing. Ensuring that Marketing is inherently strategic in its nature keeps communication planned, defined and consistent from day 1.

In this session, you will learn about:

  • What Strategic Marketing is.
  • The importance of planning and market research.
  • The SOSTAC Planning Framework and how to implement it.
  • The RACE Model.
  • Setting Marketing funnels and controlling success.
