For the purposes of our Policy, when we refer to “you” or to a “customer” we mean any past, current or prospective customer of VIable CS, including any visitor to one of our sites.
- What types of data does VIable CS collect about its users?
Personally identifiable information, which could include your name, street address, telephone number, email address, job title, date and place of birth. If you submit to us any personally identifiable information in relation to another individual, you therefore represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this policy.
Other information we collect about you that by itself is not personally identifiable information but if combined with personally identifiable information could be used to personally identify you.
IP Address: Your “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you access the Sites, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that you visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. VIable CS uses IP Addresses to calculate usage levels of the Sites, help diagnose problems with its servers, administer the Sites, and monitoring the regions from which you navigate to VIable CS’s Sites.
- How does VIable CS collect personal data?
Personal information: We and our service providers may collect personal information in a variety of ways, including:
Through the Sites: We may collect Personal Information through the Sites, e.g., when you request a free demo, register for a webinar, contact us, subscribe to our email newsletter, download content (e.g. whitepapers), or register to use our Sites.
Offline: We may collect Personal Information from you offline, such as when you attend one of our events, during phone calls with sales representatives, or when you contact customer service.
Through You: VIable CS may collect information such as your location or your preferred means of communication when you voluntarily provide it. Unless combined with Personal Information, this information does not personally identify you or any other user of the Sites. Note that there is no legal obligation for you to provide us with Personal Information and any information collected by us will be provided by you at your own will and with your consent.
Information From Other Sources: In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms, as well as from other third parties.
Testimonials: We post customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable data such as the customer’s name. If you no longer wish to have your information displayed on our site please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Other Information: We and our service providers may collect Other information in a variety of ways such as:
Through Your Browser or Device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the Sites you are using.
- How does VIable CS use personal data:
General: we may use personally identifiable information to:
- respond to your inquiries, and/or address other requests or questions; enable your use of the Services;
- contact you regarding your purchase;
- consider and respond to your job application;
- collect payments from you; and to send you goods or services purchased through our Sites;
- send you information and updates related to your purchase; invoices; email notifications that you have specifically requested;
- send email marketing communications relating to our business, which we think may be of interest to you; and email messages containing company news, product or service information.
For our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, developing new products, enhancing, improving or modifying our Sites and services, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and operating and expanding our business activities.
- How will VIable CS share personal data it receives?
Third Party Business Partners:
We may disclose information collected from a customer to our independent contractors and business partners who have agreed to (i) hold this information in confidence, and (ii) not use it for any purpose except to carry out the services they are providing for us.
To comply with laws and regulations:
We may release Personal Information when we believe that release is necessary or appropriate (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our Affiliates; (f) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain; and (g) to protect the rights, privacy, property, or safety of VIable CS, our employees, our Affiliates, our users, or any other person or entity.
International Transfers of Data:
We are committed to the security of your personal data and we will not transfer data outside of the EU unless adequate safeguards are in place to ensure that your rights are protected.
We use Full Contact Inc. to acquire social profile handles linked to your email address so that we can provide you with information about our products that you have shown an interest in.
We use SendGrid Inc to send email communications in relation to our products and services and to respond to customer support requests.
- How can I access, correct, amend or remove information about me?
If you would like to access, correct, amend, remove or limit the use or disclosure of any Personal Information about you that has been collected and stored by VIable CS, please notify us at email@example.com so we can consider and respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws.
For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will respond to your request within 1 month.

You may opt out of having your personally identifiable information shared with third parties. To do this, you may contact our Data Protection Representative using the information in the “Contact Us” section of this Policy.
You may opt out of receiving future promotional/marketing messages from us by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link found in the footer of our email messages or by replying STOP to any SMS communications we may send to you.
Please note that if you opt out of promotional/marketing messages, you may continue to receive certain communications from us, such as administrative and services announcements and/or messages about your account/profile.
