Annette Greer, BA Hons, MSc

Chief Executive Officer

Annette started her career in the Manufacturing industry before relocating to America in 2005. Previously working as Vice President of Invest NI in San Francisco, and Director of Development at Open Door Group in Canada, Annette has worked on an extensive portfolio of large scale contracts, leading service delivery across a variety of roles in different industries. Since 2015, Annette has lead VIable Corporate Services, and oversees all client projects across the organisation, using her depths of experience, industry knowledge and organisational success to support our extensive and expanding client base.

Eleanor Starritt, CIPD

Eleanor Starritt, CIPD

HR Manager

Eleanor has over 20 years experience working in Human Resources. Previously working as HR Manager at Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health (NIAMH), HR Accounts Manager at Invest NI and Senior HR Advisor at Dunbia Food Manufacturing and Terex Manufacturing, Eleanor holds a wide breadth of experience in HR Challenges across a variety of industries. With a comprehensive knowledge of HR Legislation, and understanding and experience of handling innumerable HR Challenges, Eleanor leads and delivers on our HR Clients’ projects, ensuring a professional, confidential and impartial delivery of each and every service experience.

Kathryn Alexander, Institute of Chartered Accountants

Finance Manager

Kathryn has over 15 years experience working in Finance. Starting her career at Deloitte in Audit and Assurance, Kathryn has since worked actively across the Private and 3rd Sectors. Previously employed at Financial Controller level within Diageo, Argento and Ulster Rugby, Kathryn brings her extensive audit preparation and accounting experience to VIable. Kathryn manages the VIable Bookkeeping team, managing monthly control procedures as well as producing accurate management reporting across the
client base.
